Individually conceived, organized, planned and facilitated six sessions of swim lessons in both the fall and spring semesters, pairing over 20 Princeton student-volunteers with over 30 young swimmers, each with disabilities including Autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, and other developmental disorders

Spent one day each fall with children from 150 families with children with Down syndrome and other disabilities from the community, reading books, assisting with obstacle courses, painting faces, and helping children eat snacks and lunches, while parents attended an educational conference
Served as a team leader during my junior and senior years, recruiting teammates and friends to volunteer and overseeing multiple groups of children throughout the day
